Apple has launched the Genius Bar Reservation System, which allows customers to reserve a space in today’s queue at the Genius Bar of their local Apple Store. Customers with a ProCare card can reserve a date and time in advance for the Genius Bar by scheduling a future appointment. Apple says that “walk-in customers will usually experience a wait” to speak with a Genius, but by using this Genius Bar Reservation System before you go, “you can reduce or eliminate this delay.” The system walks you through a handful of easy steps–and even tells you what the current wait time is at your Apple Store–before it holds a space for you in the queue.
