Apple is now seeking submissions for its Ninth Annual Apple Design Awards, which will be presented at this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). The awards recognize excellence in Application Software, QuickTime Content, and Performance Demos (new for 2004). In addition to the new Performance Demo contest, this year there are new categories in both the QuickTime Content and Application Software contests, an expanded list of countries eligible to enter, and the option to submit electronically. Winners in all categories, except the Student category, get to choose their own prize; either a 17-inch PowerBook or a Power Mac G5.
