GraphOn Corporation has released GO-Global for Windows 3.0, an update to its server-based computing solution that publishes Windows applications to corporate networks or the Web without the need to modify applications or deploy additional infrastructure. So why should Mac users care? The solution now incorporates a new Mac OS X client. According to GraphOn, GO-Global 3.0 now allows users to utilize a Java applet, a browser plug-in, or a near-zero-footprint native client to run 32-bit Windows applications from any device or platform, including Mac, Unix and Linux systems. The company’s new Mac client is described as a “lightweight” Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) application “that provides seamless integration with the native Macintosh environment.” You’ll have to contact GraphOn for info on the product’s pricing structure.
