For its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) this year, Apple is offering a “Getting Started Bundle,” which includes: one full conference pass; up to a 20 percent discount on any Mac; a DVD-ROM of sessions from last year’s event; Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) and Xcode Tools along with 12 months of pre-release software; and much more. The bundle costs US$1,695 before April 30. WWDC 2004 will take place June 28 through July 2 at the Moscone West Convention Center in San Francisco, CA. It will feature more than 150 in-depth technical sessions and hands-on labs presented by Apple’s technical architects and lead engineers.
