Griffin has also posted details on the SightLight, an add-on light for the iSight Web cam that adds “a warm glow of light that improves your onscreen iChat appearance.” The US$39.99 gadget fits over the iSight and shares its FireWire cable connection. “The SightLight has three settings — Off, On and Auto,” notes Griffin. “When set to the Auto setting, it automatically senses the amount of ambient room light and adjusts its output accordingly. More light for darker rooms and less light for brighter environments. Just like iSight, it can be turned off when not in use. The On setting puts the SightLight to full power.”
