iCommune music-sharing software returns
After Apple forced him to stop distributing his iTunes music-sharing plug-in earlier this year, developer James Speth has posted iCommune 2.0a1, a new stand-alone version of the peer-to-peer software. “iCommune is an application that extends Apple’s iTunes to share music over the network. You can share the music in your iTunes library and access other iCommune music collections. iCommune music collections appear as playlists in your iTunes window.

Agfa Monotype has announced the release of the complete font collections from GalloFonts and Presence Typo on Fonts.com. The release adds over 200 fonts that can be previewed, purchased and downloaded from the site. The GalloFonts collection contains 69 fonts and font packages, while the Presence Typo collection contains 143 fonts and font packages from 14 typeface families.
