Apple shares continue to climb
Shares of Apple rose more than 8 percent Tuesday, gaining US$1.41 to $17.50 each on the Nasdaq Stock Market, despite Merrill Lynch reiterating its “sell” rating on AAPL. Today is the stock’s second straight day of promising gains — yesterday it jumped more than 11 percent to $16.09.
