Mere Mortal Software today announced the release of Safe Place 1.2, a Mac OS X shareware application designed to securely store passwords, credit card numbers, software registration numbers, and “any other information that needs to be kept safe from prying eyes.” Version 1.2 allows users to secure the database without quitting by simply clicking a toolbar button, and offers improvements to the Find feature. Apple exhibiting at IBC, Siggraph

Apple will be an exhibitor at this year’s International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), which takes place September 12-16 at the RAI Exhibition and Congress Center in Amsterdam, Holland.
