Jobs: European iTunes Store coming next year

Apple CEO Steve Jobs said today that Apple’s iTunes Music Store would not be launched in Europe this year. “We’re clearly working on it (but) I think we’ll do it next year,” he told journalists at Apple Expo in Paris. Jobs also reiterated that Apple would release iTunes for Microsoft’s Windows operating system before the end of the year. “We’re very much on track to execute iTunes for Windows,” he said.
