Apple on Friday filed its annual report (SEC form 10-K) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the document, Apple reported that net sales increased US$465 million or 8% during 2003 compared to 2002, while Mac sales declined 3% year-over-year to approximately 3 million units.
