Olympus today introduced the C-5000 Zoom digital camera, offering advanced functionality, 5.0 megapixels, and a 3x optical zoom lens. “This camera is the ideal photographic tool for digital enthusiasts looking for a compact, stylish camera with enough functionality to match their growing skills,” notes the company in the press release. “With a unique ergonomic design, and a hot shoe for more flash options, the C-5000 Zoom provides great value in a compact form.” The C-5000 Zoom will be available in October for an estimated street price of US$499.
