Minolta on Thursday introduced four new digital cameras in its popular DiMAGE line. These include the 3.2 megapixel DiMAGE Z1, a Single Lens-Reflex (SLR)-type camera with 10x “Mega-zoom lens” and rapid autofocusing; the ultra-compact 5 megapixel DiMAGE G500 with 3x zoom and dual memory card slots; the 5 megapixel SLR-type DiMAGE A1 with 7x zoom and “the world’s fastest” autofocus speed in its class; and the entry level 3.2 megapixel DiMAGE E323 with 3x zoom. Pricing and expected shipping dates were not available.
