CD Baby, a large distributor of independent CDs, has posted details on its “Digital Distribution Program,” which helps indie musicians get their songs on Apple’s iTunes Music Store, Listen.com Rhapsody, and Emusic. “We keep only 9% and pay you 91% of all income from your music,” notes the compay. “A one-time ever setup cost of US$40 per album to cover all our encoding and transfer work” is also required. We reported on a similar service last week from Oasis CD Manufacturing.
