ViewSonic today introduced the VP ThinEdge Series of LCD monitors, which combine ultra-slim bezel design and high-definition screen performance with features such as digital/analog connectivity, pivot/height adjustability and multiple-mounting configurability. They offer video response times as fast as 16 milliseconds and direct compatibility with the HDTV high-scan 720p format. The ThinEdge displays are available in five models. The 17-inch VP171b (US$599) and 19-inch VP191b ($849) include two VGA and one DVI-I inputs, and will be available later this month. The 18.1-inch VP181b ($699), 20.1-inch VP201b ($1,399) and 21.3-inch VP211b ($,1599) offer one VGA input, one DVI-I input, an integrated USB 2.0 hub, and will ship in May.
