Apple CEO Steve Jobs on Monday celebrated his 48th birthday. It was reported on Tuesday that U2 frontman Bono had purchased Jobs’ US$14.7 million Central Park West triplex in New York City. Thursday marked the 5-year anniversary of Jobs discontinuing production of the still-popular Newton. Forbes on Friday released their 2003 list of the 500 richest people. Jobs came in at number 236 on the list with a value of $1.7 billion.
