Glucose has updated WeatherPop and WeatherPop Advance, its popular Mac OS X utilities that display current weather conditions in your menu bar, to version 1.6.4. The update offers several new features, including a “feels like” temperature option, which uses temperature, wind speed and humidity to approximate what it’s like outside in the freezing cold or the sizzling sun. Version 1.6.4 also includes automatic menu extra support in Mac OS 10.2 (Jaguar) when Unsanity’s Menu Extra Enabler is installed, and fixes several bugs. WeatherPop is freeware and WeatherPop Advance costs US$8.
