Several MacMinute readers note that Apple has applied for a new patent pertaining to computing devices “capable of changing their ornamental or decorative appearance.” According to the document, the device would feature an enclosure with an illuminable portion and a light emitting device disposed inside the housing that is “configured to produce a light effect that alters the ornamental appearance of the computing device.”
