Mozilla 1.2 pulled

The Mozilla Organization has pulled Mozilla 1.2, the latest release of the open-source Web browser for Mac OS 8.5 or later and Mac OS X. A note on the organization’s Web site reads, “We’ve discovered a bug in Mozilla 1.2 that can cause DHTML on some sites to fail. We plan to release Mozilla 1.2.1 with a fix shortly.”

Aspyr today announced that the Mac version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 has reached the final candidate stage of conversion. The game allows players to skate as the legendary Tony Hawk or one of 12 other professional skaters in real-world locations or your own custom skate park, and features “fast-paced skateboarding fun on eight massive living levels equipped with state-of-the-art high-resolution display and advanced special effects.” Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 can be pre-ordered now for US$39.99, and is expected to ship in early December.
