Roxio has told MacMinute that it will release Toast 5.2 Titanium, an update to the company’s popular CD and DVD burning software, on October 2. The free update will add Mac OS X 10.2 compatibility, support for writing CD-Text, burning speeds up to 52x, and improves the color, contrast and encoding performance on VideoCDs. Toast Titanium is available for Mac OS 9.1 or higher and Mac OS X, priced at US$99.95.
