JAW Software has released MPEG2Splitter 1.5, an update to its utility that splits MPEG-2 files into smaller user-defined segments, manually or automatically, from any size source. Version 1.5 brings Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) compatibility, revised routines to get more speed in movie processing, and fixes a bug on multiprocessor Macs. MPEG2Splitter is available for Mac OS 9 or higher and Mac OS X, priced at US$15.
