Several MacMinute readers report Apple retail stores under construction at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, New Jersey and at the Southdale Mall in Edina, Minnesota. Neither store has been confirmed on Apple’s retail page, but the Edina store is listed on the Southdale Mall’s Web site as “opening soon.”
