Rainjul releases Aizai 1.1

3DO announces Mac version of Heroes of Might and Magic IV

The 3DO Company today announced the Mac version of Heroes of Might and Magic IV. The turn-based strategy game is the latest addition to the popular Might and Magic series, and offers “the best in fantasy gaming with breathtaking graphics and an all-new magical skill system.” Heroes of Might and Magic IV is available for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X, and will ship in late November.

Ranchero Software releases TigerLaunch 1.0

Ranchero Software has released TigerLaunch 1.0, an easy-to-use open source application launcher for Mac OS X. The software displays a configurable menu at the top of a users screen that lists all of their applications in alphabetical order, regardless of what folder they appear in. The source code for TigerLaunch is available to developers under the BSD license.
