Stick Software today released Measles 2.0, a “fun, bouncy desktop companion” for Mac OS X that acts as a CPU monitor. The software provides the user with Aqua-style spheres on their desktop that bounce off of windows and each other, adding “life and energy to the user’s environment.” They are configurable in their appearance and behavior, and can change colors to indicate the load on the user’s processor, free memory or disk space. Measles 2.0 is US$10 shareware.
