The latest Apple Hot News article notes that shortly after last week’s world premiere of “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers,” four actors who portray hobbits in the film dropped by the SoHo Apple Store in New York City to do some holiday shopping. One of the actors, Elijah Wood, was recently quoted in the New York Post as saying all he wanted for Christmas was “an iPod for the Mac with 20 gigs.” He continued, “I already have one with 10 gigs, but it doesn’t hold enough songs.”
