The software helps computer users structure their computer use in a healthy manner, preventing computer-related injuries from developing. Version 3.3 provides additional ergonomic tips for healthy mouse use, Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) compatibility, and several bug fixes. MacBreakZ! is trialware and costs US$24.95.
