America Online has released AIM 4.5.794 for Mac OS X, the latest version of its instant messaging client. The new versions features enhanced File Sharing technology that allows a user to designate a folder to always share with buddies for file transfers, new Mac OS X preferences, AIM plug-in support, auto-idle messages, and more.
