Apple’s Final Cut Pro has captured a 2002 Prime-Time Emmy Award for engineering and animation, according to MacCentral, which quotes a Daily Variety article (no link available). The award comes on the heels of Apple’s first Emmy award the company received last year for its FireWire technology. In 1998, TBWA Chiat/Day won an Emmy for Outstanding Commercial for Apple’s Think Different spot. This year’s Prime-Time Emmy’s telecast will be presented on September 22.
