Adobe this afternoon warned that third-quarter earnings will fall short at about US$0.18 to $0.23 per share, down from previous estimates of $0.24 to $0.27. Revenues are expected to come in between $270 million and $290 million, down from $300 million to $320 million. Adobe said revenue in July was “down across all business segments and geographic markets,” but cited especially weak sales in Europe and Japan. Adobe’s third-quarter ends August 30.
