Alien Skin recently released a public beta of Image Doctor, a set of for filters for easily retouching images, as noted by VersionTracker. The plug-ins, compatible with Photoshop, Fireworks, and other applications, can remove blemishes and defects, correct over-compressed JPEGs, and replace unwanted details and objects. The full version will ship later this summer.
