UBS Warburg analyst Don Young has raised his third-quarter and full year estimates on Apple, Reuters reports. Young bumped his third-quarter estimate up by two cents, to 14 cents a share, raising his 2002 outlook to 56 cents. “We no longer view Apple as in a battle for PC market share — instead we see the platform becoming a premium PC capturing selective PC demand. We reiterate our strong buy rating,” Young’s report stated.
