Apple Vice President Timothy Cook filed to sell 310,000 shares of stock carrying a value of US$7.4 million, according to the Securities & Exchange Commission. The SEC Form 144 lists April 25 and 29 as the sale dates. The filing comes just two weeks after Apple CFO Fred Anderson filed to sell 100,000 shares and one week since Apple Senior Vice President Nancy Heinen filed to sell 125,000 shares.
