MacNN notes a direct download link (25.2MB) for iPhoto 1.1, which has yet to be released by Apple. Among the software’s new features is the ability adjust brightness and contrast, automatically create an album by dragging a folder of photos into the Photo Library list, import directly from a Photo CD or Picture CD, and the ability to set your desktop image or screen saver from within iPhoto. While the software appears to be the final version, readers may want to wait for Apple to officially announce iPhoto 1.1 before downloading it.
