Palm is offering a replacement cradle to all m500 and m505 handheld owners after reports of static electricity causing synchronizing problems with the device. According to c|net, replacements are being provided for owners who don’t already have the newer cradle, which is marked with a black sticker with the letter E on the underside of the cradle.
