Panasonic yesterday announced the availability of two new, Mac-compatible laser printers. The KX-P7105 and KX-P7110 feature print speeds of 15 pages per minute, 600 dpi resolution, USB connectivity, and 16 MB RAM. The KX-P7110 also includes 10/100 Ethernet. Available as options for both the KX-P7105 and KX-P7110 are PostScript Level 2 and a 550-sheet paper cassette.

Judge Thomas Carlson Friday postponed his decision on whether to approve US$355 million in contracts between Excite@Home and several cable companies, including Cox Communications, Comcast and Mediacom, according to c|net. The contracts would enable Excite@Home to maintain the broadband service through February and help switch customers from its network to the cable companies’ own networks.
