FileMaker yesterday announced it has shipped more than 40,000 copies of FileMaker Developer, its software that allow developers to create FileMaker solutions for the Web, workgroups, or as run-time applications. FileMaker Pro 5.5 Developer sells for US$499; FileMaker is a wholly-owned Apple subsidiary.
