As if we needed more evidence of the dot-com meltdown happening before our eyes — The Industry Standard, stalwart of reporting on developments in the Internet space, has announced that they are ceasing publication as of this coming Monday. All but a few of the magazine’s 180 staff members will be laid off. They will be missed.
