The Law Offices of Edward J. Carreiro today announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against ATI Technologies and its officers “resulting from violation of the federal and/or state securities laws.” Investors who purchased shares in ATI from Jan. 13, 2000 through May 24, 2000 are eligible to participate in the lawsuit. On May 24, 2000, shares of ATI fell 40 percent after the company announced it would significantly miss earnings and revenue targets. The class action lawsuit presumably stems from that decline, from which ATI has never recovered.
