PowerPrint to Expand USB Mac Printing Options

Vancouver, Canada, October 1, 1998 – Infowave Imaging Inc. (VSE:IWM) today
announced it will extend the Macintosh printing capabilities of its
award-winning PowerPrint software by adding support for Apple’s new line of
USB computers. The new PowerPrint USB-to-Parallel (PowerPrint USB) release
will ship in December 1998.

PowerPrint USB will enable USB port Macintosh computers to print to
hundreds of popular parallel-port printers.

Men & Mice has released a beta version of QuickDNS Pro 2.1.1 which updates
the QuickDNS server.

The update protects the QuickDNS server against DNS spoofing (see more
about DNS spoofing at:
http://www.menandmice.com/dnsplace/dns_spoofing.html)

The final version of QuickDNS Pro 2.1.1 is expected to be released within
few weeks. The update is free for current users of QuickDNS Pro 2.0 and 2.1

As for further QuickDNS development, we expect to release QuickDNS Pro 2.2
in November.

Yukos World is proud to announce the release of Autostart Hunter 1.1.

‘Autostart Hunter’ is a tiny anti virus software designed for exclusively
for the worm named ‘Autostart-9805’.

The worm was first found in HongKong in May 1998. It infects only PowerPC
based Macintosh via strage media like CD-ROM, MO, zip, jaz etc. including
hard disks, by using the feature QuickTime 2.0 (or higher) povides.

It then destroys some files stored in hard disk.
