Omikron Basic 6, the high-speed programming language for Power Mac is now
available as version 6.24. The current version contains many new features,
all of which make programming even easier and more effective:
– The compiler was improved further so that the generated programs are even
more compact and run even faster (it is hardly possible to improve the
speed of Omikron Basic programs any further, even with direct assembler
programming).
– The new release now also offers an integrated Library Maker, which may be
used by Omikron Basic programmers to create their own Libraries and even
pass them on to others.
– Standard accessories are the Extension Library and a limited version of
the EasyGem Library to create MAC-specific surfaces as well as various demo
programs, the paint program EasyPaint (including the BASIC source codes),
and the shareware program EasyFractal.
– UPDATE FREE OF CHARGE FOR REGISTERED OMIKRON BASIC 6 USERS.
All Omikron Basic 6 owners receive an online update free of charge after
indicating the registration number. An update on CD-ROM is also available
for a small handling fee of $15.00.
