XtremeMac today announced that it is now accepting pre-orders for its Tango digital audio system for iPod (US$199.95). Customers who pre-order Tango via the XtremeMac Web site will also receive a free iPod case which will ship with the speaker system on November 1, 2006. “Tango is XtremeMac’s premier audio system for iPod, featuring two mid-range speakers, two tweeters and an independent subwoofer. The system produces room-filling sound with powerful bass and crisp, clear vocals.

XtremeMac today announced a new addition to its line of audio products, a high-end sound system dubbed Tango. The speaker system is designed to deliver the high-quality audio output from any Dock connector iPod, and offers audio/video output for integrating the iPod into a home entertainment system. Tango can also be connected to a TV or home entertainment center for watching video content from iPods with video capabilities, via the built in 3.5 mm audio/video line out jack. Tango is priced at US$199 and is expected to ship in late March.
