Happy Apps today announced the release of WebnoteHappy 1.2, the latest update to its bookmark manager that helps users organize and remember Web pages. Each Web page can be personalized with notes and tags as it is bookmarked, creating a “webnote.” Version 1.2 adds the ability to integrate with your del.icio.us account, periodically synchronizing changes made via the del.icio.us Web interface and changes made to webnotes on the desktop. It also adds hot key support for Firefox and Shiira.

Users can also share their webnotes with others easily via integration with del.icio.us, the online social bookmarking service. Folders and smart folders also help keep the webnotes organized.
