Universal digitizes entire European music catalog
Vivendi Universal’s music division today said it has “completed a two-year project to position digital music at the heart of its content management and delivery systems,” reports Dow Jones. The recordings total about 300,000 tracks from more than 25,000 albums, with about 5,000 artists from more than 20 countries represented.
