Etnus releases beta version of TotalView debugger

Etnus has begun beta testing TotalView 7.3, the industry standard for debugging multiprocess and multithreaded HPC programs on Mac OS X, Linux, and UNIX. This latest version of TotalView adds full support for the new Intel Core Duo-based product line from Apple — including MacBook, iMac, and Mac mini — as well as Solaris-Opteron. The TotalView memory debugger is now available on all of these platforms as well as Power Mac.

TotalView debugger for Mac OS X announced

Etnus today announced that TotalView debugger now supports Mac OS X with beta availability on May 1 and first general release in June 2005. In addition, Etnus and Apple have started a five-city road show demonstrating Apple cluster technology and Etnus TotalView to scientific and technical organizations across the US. Demonstrations will be in New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and San Diego.
