Unsanity updates Silk for Panther

Unsanity has updated Silk with Mac OS X 10.3 Panther support. Silk enables Quartz text rendering and smoothing, allows substituting one font with another in your applications, and can change the theme font (the font used to display menus, window titles, and other interface elements). In addition to Panther support, version 2.0.4 of Silk no longer beeps in the preference pane, adds a default exclusion for Xcode, and offers a delete key to remove individual font substitution rules works again. Unsanity releases Silk update

Unsanity today released Silk 2.0.2, the latest update to its “haxie” that enables the Quartz text rendering and smoothing introduced in Mac OS X 10.1.5 to work in all Carbon applications, including Netscape, Mozilla, and others. Version 2.0.2 includes several bug fixes and feature enhancements, all of which are documented in the release notes. Silk is priced at US$10.
