MCE Technologies today announced a new super-slim slot-loading 8X DVD-Recordable internal SuperDrive upgrade with both DVD+R DL (Double Layer) and DVD-R DL (Dual Layer) support for all MacBook Pro 15-inch and MacBook systems. Designed to replace the original 4X and 6X SuperDrives in these systems, the MCE 8X SuperDrive optical drive was designed specifically to accommodate the slender form factor of the MacBook Pro 15-inch and MacBook.
