Apple CEO Steve Jobs wants to tear down a 17,000 square foot home that he owns in Woodside, California, because he claims it is a dump. However, local officials say the George Washington Smith-designed home has historic value and are threatening to block Jobs’ efforts to demolish the building, according to the Palo Alto Daily News.
