HyperCard gone from Apple’s Web site

More than 16 years since its original debut, HyperCard was pulled from Apple’s site at the end of March, according to ByteCellar. An Apple tool for creating custom software solutions for users at all skill and experience levels, it organized information into “stacks” that users could navigate and search for the information they need. By clicking on a button, users can view related text, see a graphic, hear a sound, watch a QuickTime movie or listen to text aloud.
