Googie has introduced the Orbit, a new high-end FireWire storage solution that gives you the opportunity to either place it in a 19″ rack or at the floor with your computer. The Orbit is made of aluminum and polycarbonate and is available in capacities from 720GB to 2000GB. Googie has also announced the Twist, a unique 120GB external storage device, available in FireWire and USB2 interfaces.

Googie Drives has introduced the SmartLap, a new laptop stand designed for use with the iBook and PowerBook. The stand lifts the laptop to the right ergonomic working position for easier use, and also gives more space on the desktop for a full-size keyboard and mouse.
