Cha-Ching, a new personal accounting/budgeting software package has been released. “It is a fun and easy way to manage your cash. You can tag each transaction with keywords such as bill, food, impulse buy, whatever! You can also keep track of pending transactions such as IOU’s, bills and invoices.
