Gefen offers new CAT5 extender
Gefen’s newest CAT5 extender, the US$995 CAT5-9000, is designed to “provide comprehensive computer component extension capability for operating a well-stocked computer workstation away from CPU noise or similar interference.” It accommodates such peripherals as a monitor, two audio, microphone, plus PS/2, USB and RS-232 peripherals.
